We are a family-run business based in Bridgend. Petite Bakery is run by Mrs.Vaughan who has always loved making cakes and cooking since she was teenage. She has a long background as a food scientist in research and development with a leading food company. During working she attended the courses of patisseries chef at Le Cordon Bleu. Where she achieved a Diploma as a patisserie chef. She had fallen in love with the art of buttercream flower cakes in particular as the attention to detail, along with the use of colour and flower arrangement could produce such a delicate yet delightful treat. To pursue this passion she went to South Korea to learn how to arrange and produce buttercream flowers using only the finest ingredients. Combining all this knowledge together she has started a bakery selling buttercream flower cakes as her signature piece. Also she still has her love for making sweet treats and her patisserie.
We create edible arts for wedding cakes, special occasional cakes and cupcakes. We also offer patisserie products such as macarons, fruit tarts, honey caramel nut tarts, madeleine to name a few.
